2012

LTL Multifamily Investments

Platform founded to acquire and manage institutional-quality multifamily.

2014

Portfolio realized

Remaining 9,200-unit portfolio sold for approximately $700M after a strategic recapitalization.

2015

Diversification

Investments expand into affordable housing (2,500 units) and district retail.

2015–18

Hospitality investments begin

Portfolio includes the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas, JW Marriott Palm Desert and Glendale Hilton.

2017–21

Southeast multifamily

Investments across Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Louisiana and Arizona; platform reaches 3,000+ units, with 2,000+ units sold 2019–21.

2025
